Rules for Using PK30

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pk30 platform in any way — including browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing a casino game or claiming a bonus — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use pk30.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and pk30. They apply to every interaction you have with the platform, including the sports betting section, casino, live casino, slots, bet section and all payment-related activity. Reading and understanding these terms before you register is strongly recommended.

Pk30 may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date shown at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated.

2. Eligibility

To use pk30, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion or any restriction that would prevent you from using an online gaming platform.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and whenever asked to verify your identity.
• You must not use the platform if you have been previously excluded or banned by pk30 for any reason.

Pk30 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active pk30 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, email address, device, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, pk30 may close all associated accounts and withhold any funds pending review.

When creating your pk30 account, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number or email address and a secure password. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Any false or misleading information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Pk30 will never contact you requesting your password. Any activity that takes place through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report a security issue to pk30 support.

4. Deposits

All deposits on pk30 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit card. The available methods and minimum deposit amounts may vary and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that belongs to you. Deposits made using a payment method registered to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your pk30 balance within minutes.
• Raast and bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• Pk30 does not apply currency conversion or additional transaction fees on deposits from supported PKR methods.
• In the event of a failed or delayed deposit, contact pk30 support with your transaction reference for assistance.
• Pk30 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises concerns under our account security or fraud prevention procedures.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk30 account are processed in PKR to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to your verified linked account. The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawals will only be processed after your account has passed the one-time identity verification requirement. This is a standard process applicable to all players and is required regardless of the withdrawal amount. Once verification is completed, future withdrawal requests are processed without repeating the verification check.

• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard business hours. Mobile wallet payouts (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are generally completed faster than bank transfer payouts.
• Pk30 may request additional documentation for large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is identified before processing a payout.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be fully cleared before the associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific terms of each bonus set out the wagering requirement that applies.
• Pk30 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard PKR payouts. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside pk30's control.
• Withdrawals to a payment account not belonging to the registered pk30 account holder will not be processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Pk30 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Standard bonus conditions that apply unless an individual offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, active pk30 accounts in good standing.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement amount and eligible games are specified per offer.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, traded or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit and can only be claimed once per person, household or device.
• Pk30 reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any bonus offer at any time, including where abuse of the bonus system is suspected.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other method designed to exploit promotional offers — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games, slots, live casino tables and other gaming products available on pk30 are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are displayed within the game interface. These general terms apply alongside those game-specific rules.

• Game outcomes on pk30 are determined by certified random number generation or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer activity. Pk30 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, software error or display issue — the round outcome recorded in pk30's system will be treated as the final result.
• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player once the game round has started.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game are displayed within each game and may be adjusted from time to time.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with pk30 games on your behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Sports Betting

The pk30 sports section covers Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, domestic cricket, ICC tournaments, Football, Esports and other sports markets. Both pre-match and live in-play betting are available on selected events. By placing a sports bet on pk30, you accept the following:

• Odds are subject to change up to the point a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a brief delay before acceptance. Pk30 reserves the right to void any in-play bet placed after the relevant event or outcome has already occurred.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled, pk30's settlement rules for that sport will determine whether bets are settled, refunded or voided. These rules are available in the sports betting section.
• Pk30 reserves the right to void, cancel or limit bets placed on events where there is reasonable suspicion of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns or where official result confirmation is unavailable.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply. These limits are displayed where relevant in the sports betting section.

9. Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk30. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended pending investigation and any funds may be held or forfeited depending on the outcome of that review:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent account restrictions.
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud or any other financially criminal purpose.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with any part of the pk30 platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or unintended system behaviour to gain unfair advantage — including placing bets after the correct result is already known in live markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Abusing the bonus system through coordinated activity, multiple accounts or any form of bonus farming.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pk30 staff or other platform users in any way.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Pk30 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any specific product rules.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal or prohibited activity on the account.
• At the player's own request — including self-exclusion requests made through the responsible gaming tools.
• Account inactivity, as defined in pk30's dormant account policy.

If your account is closed by pk30 due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If closure is at your own request and no outstanding issues are present, your verified PKR balance will be returned to your linked payment method after any applicable processing period.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can contact pk30 support. Accounts placed under self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools cannot be reopened during the selected exclusion period.

11. Responsible Gaming

Pk30 is an entertainment platform. Gaming should be enjoyable and never treated as a method to generate income or recover money that has already been lost. These terms require all players to use the platform within their means and to seek help if their gaming habits become difficult to manage.

Pk30 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amount to manage your spending.
• Session reminders: Set time-based alerts to remind you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel your gaming is becoming problematic.
• Reality checks: Regular on-screen notifications showing your session duration and activity summary.

By registering a pk30 account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to your personal information being used as described within it. Your data is used only for legitimate platform operation purposes including account management, payment processing, identity verification and responsible gaming compliance.

Pk30 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification services is limited to what is strictly necessary for those specific functions.

13. Limitation of Liability

Pk30 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure consistent, reliable service, pk30 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside pk30's control may cause temporary unavailability.

• Pk30 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, connectivity issues on the player's side, or device-related problems that affect gameplay or bet placement.
• Pk30 is not responsible for any loss of data or account access resulting from the player sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• The total liability of pk30 to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

Pk30 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by the contact details held on their account. The updated terms will show a revised date at the top of this page.

Continuing to use pk30 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting pk30 support.
